The sailing metaphor of the Dragon Boat is the emblem of choral teamwork, of the importance of all rowing in the same direction, in unison, to reach a goal that is the result of everyone's commitment. 

The team building activity involving a representation of Induplast Packaging Group's production, sales and marketing departments was an exciting and challenging experience, an opportunity to stimulate the sense of team and belonging also outside the work environment, in the scenario of Milan's Idroscalo.

Dragon Boats are boats propelled by 20 people, to the rhythm beaten by the drummer, where the spirit of teamwork and synchrony drive towards the finish line. 
On the Dragon Boat, just as in work, the contribution of each individual is crucial to overcome obstacles and achieve common team goals.
